Delete your account.
In the app (fastest)
Open Hadaff → Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm.
Without the app
Send an email from the address you registered with to support@hadaff.de with the subject "Delete my Hadaff account" and your username. We check that the request comes from the account's email address and start the deletion within 7 days.
What happens
Your request starts a 14-day grace period. If you sign back in during that time, the deletion is cancelled. After it ends we delete your profile and login, profile picture, posts and their media, comments, AI chat history, habits and streaks, Prayer Tracker, Tasbeeh, Khatma/Quran and Athkar data, follows, follow requests, blocks, profile-view records, notifications, shared Athkar lists, settings, preferences, nicknames and support tickets. Direct messages you sent stay in the recipient's chat history. Your username stays reserved for 60 days without name, bio or picture.
Kept for a limited time only where needed: records required to finish an open support ticket or a report filed before the deletion, and infrastructure backups until they rotate out. Nothing is kept for advertising — Hadaff has none.
Delete only some data
You can delete individual posts, comments and chats, and your whole AI chat history, at any time in the app without deleting your account.
