By using the Hadaf app at hadaff.de and the native app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Who We Are
Hadaf is operated by Mostafa Rashid, Heerstr. 441, 13593 Berlin, Germany.

2. What Hadaf Is
Hadaf is a free application and a web app designed to help users build a daily routine combining productivity, Islamic spirituality, and habit tracking. Features include Quran reading with progress tracking, Athkar, daily habit creation and tracking, streak monitoring, and an AI assistant for Islamic questions.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Hadaf. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
5. Your Data in the App
By using Hadaf, you understand and agree that the following data is stored in your account on Firebase (Google's servers):
- Your profile information (name, email, age)
- Your Quran reading progress (last read Surah and page)
- Your habits including names, colors, icons, and daily completion history
- Your streak history and consistency data
- Your full AI chat history with Hadi (Ask Imam)
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app. You can also delete only your AI chat history without deleting your account.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the app or its services
- Share offensive, harmful, or misleading content through the app
- Use the AI assistant to generate harmful, extremist, or inappropriate content
- Create multiple accounts to abuse the service
7. AI Assistant Disclaimer
The Hadaf AI feature ("Ask Imam / Hadi") is powered by ChatGPT (OpenAI) and is intended for general Islamic guidance only. It can make mistakes and should never be treated as a substitute for verified Islamic scholarship or a qualified scholar.
Your conversations with Hadi are stored in your Firebase account so you can continue them later. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the AI chat.
We are not responsible for any decisions made based on responses from the AI assistant.
8. Content and Intellectual Property
All content in the Hadaf app – including Quran texts, Athkar, Hadith, and design – is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, redistribute, or use app content outside of the app without permission.
9. Availability
We strive to keep Hadaf available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The app may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by downtime.
10. Changes to the App
We may update, change, or discontinue features of Hadaf at any time. We will try to inform users of significant changes when possible.
11. Limitation of Liability
Hadaf is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the app, including data loss, service interruptions, or reliance on AI-generated content.
12. Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.
15. The Audios
All Quran recitations used in this app are sourced from EveryAyah.com, a free, non-commercial platform dedicated to providing high-quality Quran audio files. The audio files are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
All reciters and their recordings remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. The reciters featured in this app include:

Quran text is sourced from the Quran.com API and AlQuran.Cloud API, both of which provide open access to Quran data for non-commercial use. The Uthmani text follows the Hafs narration of the recitation of Asim.
Quran fonts are sourced from the QPC Fonts project and Google Fonts, used under their respective open-source licenses.
This app does not claim ownership over any of the above content. All rights belong to their respective owners.
