بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ ﴿١﴾ ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ ﴿٢﴾ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ ﴿٣﴾ مَٰلِكِ يَوۡمِ ٱلدِّينِ ﴿٤﴾ إِيَّاكَ نَعۡبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسۡتَعِينُ ﴿٥﴾ ٱهۡدِنَا ٱلصِّرَٰطَ ٱلۡمُسۡتَقِيمَ ﴿٦﴾ صِرَٰطَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَنۡعَمۡتَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ غَيۡرِ ٱلۡمَغۡضُوبِ عَلَيۡهِمۡ وَلَا ٱلضَّآلِّينَ ﴿٧﴾
Bismillahir-rahmanir-rahim. Al-hamdu lillahi rabbil-'alamin. Ar-rahmanir-rahim. Maliki yaumid-din. Iyyaka na'budu wa iyyaka nasta'in. Ihdinas-siratal-mustaqim. Siratal-ladhina an'amta 'alaihim, ghairil-maghdubi 'alaihim wa lad-dallin.
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful [All] praise is [due] to Allah, Lord of the worlds The Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful Sovereign of the Day of Recompense It is You we worship and You we ask for help Guide us to the straight path The path of those upon whom You have bestowed favor, not of those who have evoked [Your] anger or of those who are astray (Quran 1:1-7)
Say it 7 times
A companion treated a sick man by reciting al-Fatiha over him, and the Prophet ﷺ approved of it.

ٱللَّهُ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ٱلۡحَيُّ ٱلۡقَيُّومُۚ لَا تَأۡخُذُهُۥ سِنَةٞ وَلَا نَوۡمٞۚ لَّهُۥ مَا فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِۗ مَن ذَا ٱلَّذِي يَشۡفَعُ عِندَهُۥٓ إِلَّا بِإِذۡنِهِۦۚ يَعۡلَمُ مَا بَيۡنَ أَيۡدِيهِمۡ وَمَا خَلۡفَهُمۡۖ وَلَا يُحِيطُونَ بِشَيۡءٖ مِّنۡ عِلۡمِهِۦٓ إِلَّا بِمَا شَآءَۚ وَسِعَ كُرۡسِيُّهُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَۖ وَلَا يَـُٔودُهُۥ حِفۡظُهُمَاۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡعَلِيُّ ٱلۡعَظِيمُ ﴿٢٥٥﴾
Allahu la ilaha illa huwal-hayyul-qayyum, la ta'khudhuhu sinatun wa la naum, lahu ma fis-samawati wa ma fil-ard, man dhal-ladhi yashfa'u 'indahu illa bi-idhnih, ya'lamu ma baina aidihim wa ma khalfahum, wa la yuhituna bi-shai'in min 'ilmihi illa bima sha', wasi'a kursiyyuhus-samawati wal-ard, wa la ya'uduhu hifzuhuma, wa huwal-'aliyyul-'azim.
Allah - there is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of [all] existence. Neither drowsiness overtakes Him nor sleep. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who is it that can intercede with Him except by His permission? He knows what is [presently] before them and what will be after them, and they encompass not a thing of His knowledge except for what He wills. His Kursi extends over the heavens and the earth, and their preservation tires Him not. And He is the Most High, the Most Great (Quran 2:255)
Whoever recites it in the morning is protected until the evening, and whoever recites it in the evening is protected until the morning.

بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
قُلۡ هُوَ ٱللَّهُ أَحَدٌ ﴿١﴾ ٱللَّهُ ٱلصَّمَدُ ﴿٢﴾ لَمۡ يَلِدۡ وَلَمۡ يُولَدۡ ﴿٣﴾ وَلَمۡ يَكُن لَّهُۥ كُفُوًا أَحَدُۢ ﴿٤﴾
Qul huwallahu ahad. Allahus-samad. Lam yalid wa lam yulad. Wa lam yakun lahu kufuwan ahad.
Say, "He is Allah, [who is] One Allah, the Eternal Refuge He neither begets nor is born Nor is there to Him any equivalent (Quran 112:1-4)
Say it 3 times
Al-Ikhlas, al-Falaq and an-Nas, recited three times each in the morning and evening, will suffice you against everything.

بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
قُلۡ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلۡفَلَقِ ﴿١﴾ مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ ﴿٢﴾ وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ ﴿٣﴾ وَمِن شَرِّ ٱلنَّفَّـٰثَٰتِ فِي ٱلۡعُقَدِ ﴿٤﴾ وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ ﴿٥﴾
Qul a'udhu bi-rabbil-falaq. Min sharri ma khalaq. Wa min sharri ghasiqin idha waqab. Wa min sharrin-naffathati fil-'uqad. Wa min sharri hasidin idha hasad.
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak From the evil of that which He created And from the evil of darkness when it settles And from the evil of the blowers in knots And from the evil of an envier when he envies (Quran 113:1-5)

بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
قُلۡ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلنَّاسِ ﴿١﴾ مَلِكِ ٱلنَّاسِ ﴿٢﴾ إِلَٰهِ ٱلنَّاسِ ﴿٣﴾ مِن شَرِّ ٱلۡوَسۡوَاسِ ٱلۡخَنَّاسِ ﴿٤﴾ ٱلَّذِي يُوَسۡوِسُ فِي صُدُورِ ٱلنَّاسِ ﴿٥﴾ مِنَ ٱلۡجِنَّةِ وَٱلنَّاسِ ﴿٦﴾
Qul a'udhu bi-rabbin-nas. Malikin-nas. Ilahin-nas. Min sharril-waswasil-khannas. Alladhi yuwaswisu fi sudurin-nas. Minal-jinnati wan-nas.
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind The Sovereign of mankind The God of mankind From the evil of the retreating whisperer Who whispers [evil] into the breasts of mankind From among the jinn and mankind (Quran 114:1-6)

اللهم رب الناس أذهب البأس واشف أنت الشافي لا شفاء إلا شفاؤك شفاء لا يغادر سقما
Allahumma rabban-nas, adhhibil-ba's, washfi antash-shafi, la shifa'a illa shifa'uk, shifa'an la yughadiru saqama.
O Allah, Lord of mankind, remove the harm and heal, You are the Healer. There is no healing but Your healing, a healing that leaves no illness behind.

بسم الله أرقيك من كل شيء يؤذيك ومن شر كل نفس أو عين حاسد الله يشفيك بسم الله أرقيك
Bismillahi arqik, min kulli shai'in yu'dhik, wa min sharri kulli nafsin au 'ainin hasid, Allahu yashfik, bismillahi arqik.
In the name of Allah I perform ruqyah for you, from everything that harms you and from the evil of every soul or envious eye. May Allah heal you. In the name of Allah I perform ruqyah for you.

A'udhu bi-kalimatillahit-tammati min sharri ma khalaq.
I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created.

أعيذك بكلمات الله التامة من كل شيطان وهامة ومن كل عين لامة
U'idhuka bi-kalimatillahit-tammah, min kulli shaitanin wa hammah, wa min kulli 'ainin lammah.
I seek protection for you in the perfect words of Allah from every devil and every poisonous creature and from every harmful eye.
Say it 3 times

بسم الله الذي لا يضر مع اسمه شيء في الأرض ولا في السماء وهو السميع العليم
Bismillahil-ladhi la yadurru ma'asmihi shai'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i wa huwas-sami'ul-'alim.
In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing on earth or in heaven can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
