Which calculation method is used in Pakistan?
Most mosques and timetables in Pakistan use the method of the University of Islamic Sciences, Karachi (Fajr and Isha at 18° below the horizon) with the Hanafi Asr. This site uses the same settings; Asr can be switched to the standard (Shafi'i, Maliki, Hanbali) calculation on every city page.

Why does the Hanafi Asr start later?
In the Hanafi school Asr begins when an object's shadow is twice its length (plus its shadow at noon), in the other schools when it equals its length. Depending on the season the Hanafi Asr in Pakistan is about 40–80 minutes later; both are valid, and you can choose either on the city pages.
