Surah Al-Ikhlas
سورة الإخلاص · The Sincerity · 4 verses · Meccan
Al-Ikhlas sums up the belief in the oneness of Allah (tawhid) in four verses. The Prophet ﷺ said that it equals a third of the Quran (al-Bukhari). It is read three times in the morning and evening, together with al-Falaq and an-Nas.

Surah Al-Ikhlas in Arabic and English
بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
قُلۡ هُوَ ٱللَّهُ أَحَدٌ ﴿١﴾
Qul huwa Allahu ahadun
Say, "He is Allah, [who is] One
ٱللَّهُ ٱلصَّمَدُ ﴿٢﴾
Allahu alssamadu
Allah, the Eternal Refuge
لَمۡ يَلِدۡ وَلَمۡ يُولَدۡ ﴿٣﴾
Lam yalid walam yooladu
He neither begets nor is born
وَلَمۡ يَكُن لَّهُۥ كُفُوًا أَحَدُۢ ﴿٤﴾
Walam yakun lahu kufuwan ahadun
Nor is there to Him any equivalent
