Al-Falaq and an-Nas are together called "al-Mu'awwidhatayn", the two surahs of seeking refuge. Before sleeping, the Prophet ﷺ recited al-Ikhlas, al-Falaq and an-Nas, blew into his hands and wiped them over his body (al-Bukhari).

Surah Al-Falaq in Arabic and English
بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
قُلۡ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلۡفَلَقِ ﴿١﴾
Qul aʿoothu birabbi alfalaqi
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak
مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ ﴿٢﴾
Min sharri ma khalaqa
From the evil of that which He created
وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ ﴿٣﴾
Wamin sharri ghasiqin itha waqaba
And from the evil of darkness when it settles
وَمِن شَرِّ ٱلنَّفَّـٰثَٰتِ فِي ٱلۡعُقَدِ ﴿٤﴾
Wamin sharri alnnaffathati fee alʿuqadi
And from the evil of the blowers in knots
وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ ﴿٥﴾
Wamin sharri hasidin itha hasada
And from the evil of an envier when he envies
