يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱسۡتَعِينُواْ بِٱلصَّبۡرِ وَٱلصَّلَوٰةِۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ مَعَ ٱلصَّـٰبِرِينَ ﴿١٥٣﴾
Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoo istaʿeenoo bialssabri waalssalati inna Allaha maʿa alssabireena
O you who have believed, seek help through patience and prayer. Indeed, Allah is with the patient
Quran 2:153 · Surah Al-Baqara
قُلۡ يَٰعِبَادِ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱتَّقُواْ رَبَّكُمۡۚ لِلَّذِينَ أَحۡسَنُواْ فِي هَٰذِهِ ٱلدُّنۡيَا حَسَنَةٞۗ وَأَرۡضُ ٱللَّهِ وَٰسِعَةٌۗ إِنَّمَا يُوَفَّى ٱلصَّـٰبِرُونَ أَجۡرَهُم بِغَيۡرِ حِسَابٖ ﴿١٠﴾
Qul ya ʿibadi allatheena amanoo ittaqoo rabbakum lillatheena ahsanoo fee hathihi alddunya hasanatun waardu Allahi wasiʿatun innama yuwaffa alssabiroona ajrahum bighayri hisabin
Say, "O My servants who have believed, fear your Lord. For those who do good in this world is good, and the earth of Allah is spacious. Indeed, the patient will be given their reward without account
Quran 39:10 · Surah Az-Zumar
فَإِنَّ مَعَ ٱلۡعُسۡرِ يُسۡرًا ﴿٥﴾ إِنَّ مَعَ ٱلۡعُسۡرِ يُسۡرٗا ﴿٦﴾
Fainna maʿa alʿusri yusran Inna maʿa alʿusri yusran
For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease
Quran 94:5-6 · Surah Ash-Sharh
وَلَنَبۡلُوَنَّكُم بِشَيۡءٖ مِّنَ ٱلۡخَوۡفِ وَٱلۡجُوعِ وَنَقۡصٖ مِّنَ ٱلۡأَمۡوَٰلِ وَٱلۡأَنفُسِ وَٱلثَّمَرَٰتِۗ وَبَشِّرِ ٱلصَّـٰبِرِينَ ﴿١٥٥﴾ ٱلَّذِينَ إِذَآ أَصَٰبَتۡهُم مُّصِيبَةٞ قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّآ إِلَيۡهِ رَٰجِعُونَ ﴿١٥٦﴾ أُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ صَلَوَٰتٞ مِّن رَّبِّهِمۡ وَرَحۡمَةٞۖ وَأُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡمُهۡتَدُونَ ﴿١٥٧﴾
Walanabluwannakum bishayin mina alkhawfi waaljooʿi wanaqsin mina alamwali waalanfusi waalththamarati wabashshiri alssabireena Allatheena itha asabathum museebatun qaloo inna lillahi wainna ilayhi rajiʿoona Olaika ʿalayhim salawatun min rabbihim warahmatun waolaika humu almuhtadoona
And We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and lives and fruits, but give good tidings to the patient Who, when disaster strikes them, say, "Indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we will return Those are the ones upon whom are blessings from their Lord and mercy. And it is those who are the [rightly] guided

From the hadith
How wonderful is the affair of the believer, for all of it is good. If something good happens to him, he is grateful, and that is good for him. If something bad happens to him, he is patient, and that is good for him.

No one has been given a gift better and more comprehensive than patience.
