لَيۡسَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ جُنَاحٌ أَن تَبۡتَغُواْ فَضۡلٗا مِّن رَّبِّكُمۡۚ فَإِذَآ أَفَضۡتُم مِّنۡ عَرَفَٰتٖ فَٱذۡكُرُواْ ٱللَّهَ عِندَ ٱلۡمَشۡعَرِ ٱلۡحَرَامِۖ وَٱذۡكُرُوهُ كَمَا هَدَىٰكُمۡ وَإِن كُنتُم مِّن قَبۡلِهِۦ لَمِنَ ٱلضَّآلِّينَ ﴿١٩٨﴾
Laysa ʿalaykum junahun an tabtaghoo fadlan min rabbikum faitha afadtum min ʿarafatin faothkuroo Allaha ʿinda almashʿari alharami waothkuroohu kama hadakum wain kuntum min qablihi lamina alddalleena
There is no blame upon you for seeking bounty from your Lord [during Hajj]. But when you depart from 'Arafat, remember Allah at al- Mash'ar al-Haram. And remember Him, as He has guided you, for indeed, you were before that among those astray
Supplication on the Day of Arafah
The day is especially suited for supplication until sunset. The verse saying that Allah has perfected the religion was revealed on the Day of Arafah (al-Bukhari, Muslim).

Fasting the Day of Arafah, I hope from Allah, expiates the year before and the year after.

The best supplication is the supplication on the Day of Arafah, and the best that I and the prophets before me have said is: La ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharika lah, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamd, wa huwa 'ala kulli shay'in qadir.
