Laylat al-Qadr is better than a thousand months. It falls in the last ten nights of Ramadan, especially the odd ones; many Muslims pray most of all in the 27th night.

إِنَّآ أَنزَلۡنَٰهُ فِي لَيۡلَةِ ٱلۡقَدۡرِ ﴿١﴾ وَمَآ أَدۡرَىٰكَ مَا لَيۡلَةُ ٱلۡقَدۡرِ ﴿٢﴾ لَيۡلَةُ ٱلۡقَدۡرِ خَيۡرٞ مِّنۡ أَلۡفِ شَهۡرٖ ﴿٣﴾ تَنَزَّلُ ٱلۡمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذۡنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمۡرٖ ﴿٤﴾ سَلَٰمٌ هِيَ حَتَّىٰ مَطۡلَعِ ٱلۡفَجۡرِ ﴿٥﴾
Inna anzalnahu fee laylati alqadri Wama adraka ma laylatu alqadri Laylatu alqadri khayrun min alfi shahrin Tanazzalu almalaikatu waalrroohu feeha biithni rabbihim min kulli amrin Salamun hiya hatta matlaʿi alfajri
Indeed, We sent the Qur'an down during the Night of Decree And what can make you know what is the Night of Decree The Night of Decree is better than a thousand months The angels and the Spirit descend therein by permission of their Lord for every matter Peace it is until the emergence of dawn
When is Laylat al-Qadr?
Its exact date is hidden so that believers strive in all of the last ten nights. The Prophet ﷺ spent these days in i'tikaf in the mosque and kept the nights alive with prayer.

Aishah asked what she should say on that night. The Prophet ﷺ said: "Say: Allahumma innaka 'afuwwun tuhibbul-'afwa fa'fu 'anni" (O Allah, You are the Pardoner and You love to pardon, so pardon me).
